I believe the importance of tailoring the collection to your storyline. To capture portraits, details and euphoric moments, a typical collection will be 8 hours with the presence of 2 photographers and an assistant keen on perfecting the elements.
These are the perfect introductory sessions to get you both comfortable in front of the camera. Not to mention its a great way to document more memories. I personally feel that the engagement period is worthy to be celebrated and documented to look back on the years to come. Its a beautiful way to capture your love story that is fun and unique to you. I am here to help guide you through the process, from selecting your location, styling, and more!

01. We Meet
Get in touch and we’ll schedule a zoom call to see if we’re the perfect fit. If yes, we’ll book your date!
02. We Plan
We’ll schedule and plan for your engagement session! You’ll get resources and suggestions on what to wear and the best locations to shoot at.
03. We Prep
We’ll finalize a photography wedding timeline and provide insight on how to maximize your photography coverage. You’ll get all the resources to make the entire process a breeze.
04. We Shoot
The big day is here! We’ll do everything it takes to capture your timeless moments artistically. You’ll receive sneaks 1-2 weeks after to gush over and then your fully gallery within 3 months to relive the day again!

Frequently Asked Questions
How does payment work?
In order to secure your date a non-refundable 30% deposit is required after signing the contract. The remaining payment is due prior to your wedding day. We accept bank transfers or Venmo (@playfulsoulphotography).
What happens if we move our wedding date?
Assuming the new date is rescheduled within 2 months and we’re available, we will be more than happy to move your wedding date! Due to Covid, we are waiving the rescheduling fee for the first time; however any further postponements or changes will incur that cost. If your wedding is cancelled, unfortunately your deposit will not be refunded as we use that to hold your date.
How many photos will I receive?
It depends on the session you book with us! Weddings on average receive 50-100 edited images per hour. Family sessions receive 50 edited images and Minis receive 20 edited images.
Are two or more photographers really necessary?
YES! We believe it’s important to capture all of the highlights of your wedding and that requires us to be at two spots at the same time. Regardless of our ninja photography skills we’re not Hermoine, nor do we have a time machine.
Will our images be edited?
Yes, of course! All images you receive will always be edited or retouched. You’re not only hiring us to simply take your photo, but also for our artistic eye. Thus, all our photos are all edited in our signature style. Cosmetic and advanced retouching may be applied to a handful of images. Any additional major retouching will be an additional cost.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes! As professional photographers, we ALWAYS carry backup equipment. Our motto is it’s better to be safe than sorry! We’ve got you covered so do not stress!!
When will I receive my photos?
You’ll get a few sneak peaks within the first week or so from your wedding day. The remaining images will be emailed to you via online gallery within 3 months. For all other sessions, it takes about 2 weeks to process. You’ll have access to download and share your online gallery at your discretion.
